Our web store returns policy means that if you are not fully satisfied with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt. Please provide proof of purchase. The goods must be in their original condition and fully resalable. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We are not able to refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or that are not in their original condition (e.g. they have been altered or personalised). This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
* We are pleased to extend our returns period for any items purchased before Christmas to the end of January.
How to return your items
Please follow the returns information included within the paperwork of your delivery, ensuring all returned items are well packaged, so they do not become damaged in the post. Please make sure all return packages are sent with a tracking, insured service, as we cannot take responsibility for any items lost or damaged during the return process. The above information relates only to returns of goods purchased through the Holland & Holland Website and not any of our physical stores. Please see in-store for such information. Where the parcel is a gift, the refund will paid back to sender or a credit note issued. For UK orders, Holland & Holland will cover the cost of you returning the item.
You must inform us of your decision to cancel your Order by a clear statement prior to the end of the 14 day cancellation period. You may inform us by any of the methods below:

Items purchased via our on-line store can be returned to our Bruton Street store. All returns must be accompanied with a completed returns form, available here. Refunds may take up to 10 days to show on your account.
Please make sure that whatever your reason for returning goods, you obtain proof of postage from your post office, and we will credit your account as soon as possible.
Please note that where items are not incorrect, faulty or damaged, Holland & Holland will not cover the returns postage.
In order to avoid further Customs charges when returning items to the UK from outside the EU, please ensure that you include the original tracking number on the parcel and that the Customs Declaration shows the items are being returned.
Unless your items are incorrect, faulty or damaged, Holland & Holland will not be responsible for any postal charges incurred returning items from outside of the UK.
We are able to offer exchanges for the same item in a different size or colour only. If you would like a different item we will refund the original item and a new order will be need to be placed. Holland & Holland will bear the cost of you returning the item and the redelivery of the new item.
Please follow the returns information included in your parcel, indicating the item to be exchanged, the reason for the exchange as well as the colour and size of the new item requested. Please include the completed return from in the package with the returned item.
Unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the availability of the requested replacement. We will notify you via email once the exchange has been processed and you will be sent new tracking information when the item has been despatched. For UK orders, Holland & Holland will cover the cost of you returning the item and the redelivery of the new item.
